When I asked him could he help me make a transaction through the Zello app that I have with the Bank . Mr Herbert Johnson took his time and showed me step by step on how to do the transaction most people would have said have a seat and I will have one of the representative to help you instead Herbert Johnson shown Great Leadership and guided me through not only did he showed me his professionalism but he also provided me with patience. R. Power Born5This branch at 81st and Ashland is very, helpful and provides consistent customer service. I've been going in there for the last three weeks to a cash advance off of my debit card. I live in the South Shore area right by the 79th and Stony Island location who cannot provide the service I need. Also a couple of other branches cannot help me either. Once again the 81st and Ashland makes it a very worthwhile drive to do my transaction. Thanks and Peace!

Rhonda1When I came here to open up an account, they didn’t have any bankers. They only had tellers. Also, the manager is doing the bankers job and he is extremely slow. I should’ve went to the one in Evergreen Park instead of this one.

Lakesha Hudson1This is the most RUDE, Attitude having business place I know. Even the security guard is rude. They don’t greet you when you walk in, they turn their nose up at you and some more stuff. Any other banks you go to they smile ask how’s your day and how can they help you. Now the lady is going back and forth about how much can we take out an account

Tiffany Garland1This is the worst 5/3 bank on the south side. Cashiers are rude! I say in the drive-they for 10 minutes! I come in the branch, it’s 3 tellers available!! Only 1 person in line. I told the lady I had been sitting in the drive thru for over 10 mins. All she said was really 10 mins & her name was Daniela, no apology or anything. Another time I came in this location. I stood in line for 8 mins w/o anyone saying anything. Sorry for the wait, I’ll be right w/ you or anything! It’s sad!

michaels game ing chanel1Very rude teller... we was standing in line for some time then when it was are turn to get to the teller my sister went up I was get the baby to approach the teller but the teller was very inpatient and told my sister to if she wasn't ready to step back an come back when she was ready my sister to her that she was waiting on me I got to the counter I felt the tension but didn't know what happened then I gave the teller my check she told me they don't it unless I had an account the she was helpful or explain how we could have did it there then my sister ask her in a unpleasant tone on how she could do it being she had an account there to her how back in a nasty tone so we went to sit down and wait but I didn't like the vibe sat a min then told myself to let's go I didn't want to put my money in that bank with tellers acting unprofessional and not giving the customer a good experience there this happened today at around 11:30 it wasn't like there was anyone else in line behind us or if it was overflowing with customers I wish I would have gotten her name to report her to corporate office.

ThroughTheEyes OfFive1If i could give this place no stars i would. They're very unprofessional and rude with the most ignorant nasty attitude out of this world. I dont understand how these people are still employed and to be perfectly clear of whome i speaking of, they're the only two black women tellers these two give everyone a problem. If people dont start complaining they'll continue to keep their jobs.

Carol Rice1Atm is always down... You can not do banking in the drive thru....never enough tellers and the system goes down too dam much...I hate this branch I only have to come here to pay rent. Tellers are very nice
