      I once felt that they were awesome however the customer service sucks and they have no respect what so ever for their customers thinking cause u at pond shop u need them... They act like they in the streets and not a place of business and you would think that in the African American community they will respect their own...

      Absolutely the WORST place to go to,I'm appalled at the way they do business. I tried to sell some games and immediately the jack-ass told me they couldn't buy them,but there were games in the back as old as my kid and he's three. I will never go back there!!!!

      They don’t have anything good. And they’re selective with what they would take despite not having anything worth in the store. I don’t even know why they’re still in existence to begin with. Horrible shop. Stay away. Waste of time.

      Very rude, disrespectful, treat customers as if "they doing you a favor" when they realize everyone are not druggies and desperate, and that theirs plenty of other pawn shops who do the same service and respectably, maybe then should people decide to do biz with them

      they offered me 191 dollars for 3 pieces of jewelry did not seem right took jewelry to 6615 w 95 oaklawn got 400 bucks do not deal with these guys

      When do a very well condition 10" AZPEN tablet ain't good enough to pawn...and why are the still open then?.... I could of used that gas to hit a different one instead....freaking losers!!!!!
