  The worst customer service ，Staff very unprofessional . In one visit you need to tell at least 3 people what you need to do. They keep switch banker when they take care you . So you need to repeating your questions and needs over and over again.

  Started with a average experience. Was trying to get a few questions answered from a teller with 45 minutes till closing that was below expectation, to a great experience after giving it a second try just a few days later with Reyaz Mohammed. He was a great pleasure to work with and answered all my questions. I did just open a simple checking and savings account but feel I might of made a long term banking partner. Making a appointment and giving it a go definitely worth the wait.

  well I'm not an account holder with this bank but I went in to cash a chase bank check and the branch manager basically said he thought we committed check fraud which is a felony bc a signature about who wrote the check didnt match. so not positive but last I checked in america its innocent until proven guilty. DONT ACCUSE PEOPLE OF CRIMES WHEN THERE IS ZERO PROOF OF ONE HAPPENING. especially if they are considering opening an account with you. I will not be back until that manager is no longer at this location. pretty funny bc he literally just cost the bank money but he had zero issues cancelling my check so I couldnt cash it elsewhere. thanks for the great customer service you jerk.

  Chase Bank is my favorite bank by far beside the Credit Unions.

  I came into the bank and two of the three teller windows were closed. The windows that were directly ahead of the line. The only open window wasn’t even visible. Neither of the tellers would make eye contact with me to show me which way to go. I saw the open teller after a bit. She was not friendly at all. She was a bit upset that the check that I wanted cash consisted of 27 cents and she didn’t have change. She has to ask the other teller for change. Then I gave her 3 pennies which seemed to confuse her bc I wanted to get rid of my pennies. She was just nasty. I have to go to the Clermont location which seems to be nice. The teller’s name is Amanda. She didn’t even say thank you although I said thank you to her. If you get her run!!

  Normally, I review places to eat because I like different foods. However, I feel compelled to write a review about my local Chase. Went in to do a deposit and the line is stretched back to the door. That’s right ONE teller on-duty. No drive through at this location. This is the part that Teed me off! There was no less than 7 “bankers” peering from behind their desk. Full disclosure: three were with customers and the other four. Well, that’s what I’m saying. Perhaps they were busy, but the point is. You don’t look up from you desk with the line snaking out the door and pretend it’s not there. Poor, poor customer service! Fix this chase! Update Of lately, no customer service issues. Move through the line at a quick clip. Adding a couple stars for improvement.

  Great customer care and I felt like things moved pretty quickly for us setting up new accounts after fraudulent activity occurred with one of our cards. Karen had a great personality & went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable with our savings and new accounts. Thanks for using the gifts God gave you wisely!

  There are five employees visible at their desks. None of them can help me make a withdrawal because they are "bankers" not "tellers". The only teller is busy with the only other customer here. Typical attitude of that is not my job

  Super slow and understaffed! Had to make two attempts to come here. I am still currently sitting here waiting!!! Super slow and it takes them forever. Called customer service, they were helpless, directed me to come to a branch. I was here Friday, 12/13, had to leave after waiting for over 30 mins. They only have two bankers here, had to make my second attempt today. Never had such difficulty. If I have to make my third attempt, I am closing my account. I am done with Chase.
