Currently they have different rules for giving mortgages in Florida...Hector and his team will work along with you if your dream is to own a property in Florida...check them out it is really worth it. Right now getting a mortgage and a home in Florida is not easy. However, they will work with you and give you the necessary advice..I did and I am very happy....
