  Fidelity Bank is an excellent institution. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of all areas of personal and business finance. I have had an account with Fidelity Bank since I was seven years old. I opened accounts at other banks (I have moved around a bit) but I have always maintained my Fidelity bank account. I thought the grass might be greener somewhere else, but that was just because there was a septic tank over there. No other bank competes in terms of service, knowledge, and accessibility. They go above and beyond for customer service and give sound advice. I’ve never received such service with the “big banks.” Fidelity bank, in general, does a tremendous job, but Fidelity Bank and Robbins is unbeatable.

  Unbelievable experience with Fidelity Bank. Most banks have turned corporate, not caring about each individual customer. Banking with Fidelity has made banking actually fun again. Jessica guided me through my entire construction loan and my experience was stellar! So amazing I decided to switch my business banking to Fidelity as well.   The Fidelity Bank in Robbins has phenomenal customer service. It has a small town community feel based on values and trust. Each staff member will go out of their way to help you. They will do "right by you!"

  Have had a very positive experience with Neil Wolfe throughout our home building experience. We have already recommended Fidelity Bank and Neil to our friends who are also planning to build homes this year. We most definitely would use Neil and Fidelity again!

  I have banked with Fidelity Bank since 1985. I can only say good things about them. I have had several car loans and personal loans with them and I always received good rates and good service. They still have that small town bank feel with all the technology and financial acumen of the mega-banks. I will be with Fidelity until I die.

  Exceptional Customer service!!! Neil Wolfe and all the staff at the Robbins and Aberdeen Branch are wonderful to work with! They go out of their way to assist with everything from loans to day to day banking.

  Here's what I know - The success of any company involved in customer service is directly related to their ability to make new customers and hold onto existing ones. When faced with a deadline to make a business venture a reality, Neil went out of his way to help us accomplish our goals. With a limited time frame, he put together everything we needed to ensure that funds where available and our closing date met.   I started a Nonprofit organization and reached out to Fidelity Bank and none the less when I was told no elsewhere, J. Coltrane and staff was right there to help me through. I wish all banks were as friendly and nice as Fidelity Bank of Robbins!!!
