  Beth DeBerry is truly amazing!! She helped me and my small business get a push forward that was much needed, worked overtime to help with my needs and made me feel like my business was worth the effort instead of most other banks making you feel like a burden or not worth the time. I will definitely be going back to this bank for future investments and banking needs.

  I have banked with the Fidelity Bank for over 60 years. I’m very well pleased with all the services I’ve used. If I have any questions whatsoever Brooke is my go- to girl. She’s always more than willing to help me with anything. Banking at the Biscoe branch is like being with family. Everyone is so nice & friendly...I’m always greeted with a big smile! (Posting this for my dad as I live in another town.) Very satisfied customer!

  WOW!! Let me tell you about my wonderful experience at this branch. I was greeted by the nicest blonde haired young lady, I was reminded of Goldilocks and the three bears. But this super nice young lady, Tiffany, did not steal my porridge. She cashed my check and was so professional and polite. If I would have had a bowl of porridge I would have gladly given it to her, instead i gave her a polite smile and a thank you. I will most definitely return and hopefully she will wait on me again! Keep up the great work, Tiffany!!

  I cannot say enough about Beth Deberry and the time and ENERGY she put in, helping me with my small business needs. She has gone above and beyond in everything I have asked for.
