  Jaime at the Carthage NC Farm Bureau Insurance office has been amazing! She helped us switch our home insurance and auto insurance to them this year, which gave us better coverage. Then she helped us file a home insurance claim with our previous insurance company for roof damage after the last hail storm. Then she helped us refinance an auto loan for one of our vehicles and cut the original interest rate in half (and reduced the term by about two years which we were happy about)! She's also been very helpful and quick with all of our questions! I highly recommend her and NC Farm Bureau, we're very happy we switched!

  Jason Burgin is a GREAT agent. He reviewed our home, auto, and umbrella policies and was able to save us money on each one. And because he knows his business so well, he identified some problem areas of our previous policy - areas that could have made a big difference.   Jason Burgin is fantastic! We never were explained our home and auto insurance coverage by our other insurance company. He took the time to explain what it covered and how it best covers our needs.
