  We moved our personal and business accounts to Fidelity and wished we would have done it sooner! This bank is top notch with the best customer service hands down! They go above and beyond to help you! The minute you walk in the door you feel like so much more than just another customer! I don’t think five stars would ever be enough! Shannon goes above and beyond-we could never thank her enough for all of her help and making every transaction so simple and stress free! Thank You for being the best! Thank You Shannon for being a top notch leader. We need more people like you!

  I am very disappointed with fidelity bc I was notified that there was fraud on my card. I went to the bank on 6/23/22 to order a new visa card and withdraw cash to last until I got a new card in a week to ten business days. I called today and was told it wasn't ordered until 4/05/22. I have waiting for the mail every day. Nothing. We have been banking here for 30 plus years. We have been very happy with your personal aid, customer service.

  Hands down the best bank in the whole area. No other bank comes anywhere close in how well they treat their customers. Trust me everyone agrees. 👌🏻The customer service is top notch. I am always greeted with a smile every time I walk in. Everyone is very kind and helpful with any needed task. A lot of the time I go in to simply deposit a check and end up spending up to 30 minutes there because I enjoy our conversations so much. A bank like this will keep my business for many years to come. Keep it up y’all!

  Moved from a large, national bank to Fidelity. They have bent over backwards to make my transition smooth. They have also been able to help me with services that the other bank said were not possible. Everyone is super friendly and calls me by my name every time I walk through the door. Very professional and friendly. Love this bank!

  I've been with Fidelity Bank since 2013. I love all the girls there. They are very helpful and kind. I refer them to all my friends and clients. My favorite is Rachel. She has a great personality and knowledge of all my needs. I'm very happy.

  Always a pleasure to do business at this location. All the women there are very kind and helpful. I enjoy the "small town" banking experience this branch offers. Nice to be greeted as soon as you walk in and known by name. Very helpful with any transaction I need. Highly recommend securing your business there.

  I have my personal accounts and my business accounts at Fidelity Bank Stokesdale. They are awesome!! They are personable! They always answer my questions and help me through any process I may need.   Fidelity Bank of Stokesdale is the BEST with banking. Amazing group of people both professionally and personally. They do make you feel like family by knowing your name and the warm greeting you get when you come in. You know the really truthful good family that has your back if there is a question about your financial security. Ex: I had written a check to someone & my signature was not quiet like it usually is when I sign a check (I was in a hurry when I wrote it). I received a call from our hometown bank to verify with me that I did indeed write it, before she cashed it. You will never get that kind of care, compassion or service from the BIG banks like you get from FIDELITY in Stokesdale. I appreciate each and everyone of them and the wonderful job they do for myself and my families personal accounts & the business account too. Thanks again ladies you are the best!   I have been banking at this bank for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I get personal service I’ve never gotten before at any other bank.....and always with a smile. The ladies at this bank will go out of their way to make sure everything is done for you and always done with a fashion as if you’re the only customer they have.....never rushing you and always making you feel important. I could never imagine going anywhere else. A+ Service
