  I have had an account with BOA for 5yrs. Every time I entered the bank, the employees always say hello with my name. I have never had a bad experience at the Oak Ridge location. I am always talking with the customer service tellers on the phone. I have always been treated with respect. Such a wonderful bank to have an account with. Thank you all for being so nice!!!!!!💕💞💖

  Working with Trisha Pegg was a wonderful experience, she was very fast to respond to an immediate need, she was professional and courteous. She followed up to make sure I had everything I needed and that is rare is the banking world today. She was breath of fresh air and the epitome of what customer service should be.

I have presented Brent with a number of at times complex business and personal insurance needs - and he always delivers.   They always treat me with respect. Go 100% to get answer , if they don't know . They are quick to respond in a timely manner. Aways pleasant. I enjoy going to Bank of Oak Ridge for business also to check on everyone . Awesome staff. I like things just as they are at Bank.
