  The tellers up front are so sweet and helpful! I just set up an account here, and the power went off in the middle of it! These ladies were so apologetic and really tried their best to get it done. They were very accommodating and were able to get my account set up bright and early the next morning. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere, which isn’t common in the big banks.

  This bank is wonderful. I have concerns from time to time with the business account and these Fidelity Bank employees in Lillington always solve it for me. Nancy and Crystal have always been extremely helpful as well as all the employees when they are not present. I strongly recommend this bank for anybody's personal or business needs.

  I shopped around for a bank in Lillington and when I arrived at Fidelity, my shopping was over. The bank gave me a loan when other banks turned me down. The staff were welcoming, attentive and very helpful. I have never walked in without at least 2 people greeting me and never had to wait in line for more than 3-4 minutes. The lobby has a cozy feeling instead of looking and feeling like entering a museum. Highly recommend again and again!

  We were looking for a new construction loan and although we were savvy homebuyers, this was our first experience with building a home ourselves. We had talked basics with other larger banks but had not been impressed and they lacked some of the options we were looking for in terms of the build itself. We decided to stop in the Fidelity branch in Lillington and it turned out to be such a great decision. The entire process has been smooth and very personalized. Shawn at Fidelity has taken a genuine interest in our project and has made site visits himself, always with a smile and words of encouragement. He has been incredibly responsive and is always available to help if we have questions. We look forward to a long lasting relationship and highly recommend their banking services.

  My family has several accounts with Fidelity Bank in Lillington. The staff at Fidelity Bank are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I never hesitate to call or go by and ask a question. The tellers are friendly and the staff know you by name. We own 2 family businesses. We believe in keeping our money in our community We live in a small town by choice. We bank at a community bank by choice.
