  Ken and I worked with Fidelity Bank on our PPP loan. Jeff Wetmore was extremely helpful throughout the process. We also bank with Fidelity and Kim Briggs and her bank staff are friendly and efficient. Our small business is growing and the bank has been instrumental in providing a loan to allow us to grow. We are very happy with multiple services of this bank. They are very customer focused.

  I love this bank overall! However, I rated it only a 4, because their hours of operation don't work well with my work schedule. I've never personally had a bank that wasn't open on Saturday. The overall system at Fidelity is also kind of slow at processing everything; I usually have pending transactions on my account for a few days. Also, there aren't very many branches around this area at all, so I pretty much have to be home if I want to physically access an office. BUT the people inside this bank are absolutely phenomenal and personable. You are not just a number. Setting up an account was super simple too! No hidden fees! So, really just do some research and see what bank works best for you!

  Banking with Fidelity Bank is easy, efficient and always a friendly experience. I have a great relationship with the employees at the local branch and they go above my expectations in so many ways. They have assisted me with many banking needs over the years and I would highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for a bank that provides personal and very qualified support. My phone calls always get answered by someone that I know by name and my questions or support needs are always handled professionally and promptly. Also, the online baking features ( both for desktop and cell phone) are so easy to use and I continue to see advances added to the already superior program.   This is the best Small Town Bank in NC. They have incredible staff that treat customers with warm courteous service in a professional manner. I sincerely appreciate Mrs. Genene Fowler and Tammy Yates for serving each customer as a personal friend. These two ladies are sincerely the "difference-maker"in the branch.

  I have banked with Fidelity Bank in Salisbury, NC for many years. I've refinanced my home, done home equity lines, purchased cars and many other banking transaction. I am always greeted by smiling faces and friendly hellos as well as a birthday card each year that is signed by the whole crew. They've never let me down. To top it all off, I drive by many banks to get to my Salisbury, NC Fidelity Bank. Why? Because they make you feel like family. My wife, sons and I love all our "family" at Fidelity Bank in Salisbury.
