  FiCare always a pleasant experience, financed 4 vehicles thru this credit Union with the greatest satisfaction ever. Leticia as always very professional, patient, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the the whole process, made this a stress-free experience , couldn’t ask for more.

  I have been a member of this Credit Union for over 15 years and they always make you feel as if you are the most important member they have. Recently I have been using the Mobile app. This is very convenient and helps me get what I need done without having to go into a specific location for assistance. Its a good feeling to know I can trust a company and get all my financial needs met.

  I had a terrible experience with this credit union. I opened a loan with them and the payments came out from my payroll automatically. All of a sudden I received a delinquent notice and I called them immediately. They said they had a made an update or change to their system and my payments were not being pulled by mistake. This effected my near perfect credit score so I contacted the manager Sharon Dunn. Sharon was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever spoken to at a bank before. Although she corrected the mistake it took sometime before it all reported back to my credit report. My score took a dip initially and her reply to that was "well its taken care of now, is there anything else I can help you with because I have people waiting outside in the lobby". I closed my savings account with this credit union today and doubt I will ever trust them with my money again. Customer service is everything and so is my credit score Sharon.

  I want to say thank you to Denelle and her crew at the St. Joe's North Branch, Rosalie and Alexa. I'm a longtime accountholder with the credit union and have been going through some serious health issues over the last few years. Each time I've gone in to the credit union, Denelle and these ladies have been very generous with their time, guidance, and encouragement and never fail to greet me with a smile. They've helped guide me through some very rough times and it's hard to find that kind of compassion these days, especially in this age of online banking. These ladies represent the hospital very well and I just want to say thank you!

  I am a long time customer and have always had great experiences here. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs and always with a smile. It's nice to walk in and be treated like family instead of just another account number. With the addition of their mobile app and being able to use additional ATMs with no fee well, that is just the cherry on top.
