  They really need more employees or a better system. Several times I am sitting in the drive thur for 45 minutes to a hour. There are only 2 lanes. A this moment there is 1 vehicle ahead of me and 1 car in the other. I have been sitting here for 31 minutes so far. Unacceptable.

  I'm not sure why so many reviews are of the ATM, and not of the amazing personal in the bank itself. I have Trust for my business and personal, and I have never experienced better customer service, everyone there is extremely helpful and go above and beyond for there customers, I have seen them do it not just for myself but for many other customers. They are always very quick to respond and assist with everything I have needed, they assist in so many ways. I really appreciate everyone at this branch.

  Slowest service I’ve ever had at ANY bank in my life. Makes no sense. Use another location if your time is of any value.

  The service at this branch is completely unacceptable. The wait time is longer than the DMV. This occurs regularly. I’ve grown so tired and frustrated. It’s not worth it. As a result we are moving all my business and personal accounts to Republic Bank.

  I'm going to review on the ATM machine area. Last week I tried to deposit money and the machine was unable to. 2 days in a row. Its happens more often than not. Secondly there were panhandlers in the area, right by the ATM and the lines were cars line up. Seriously! Why? They do Not belong there. Thirdly, today i go to deposit again. And again, there's not one. But Two people hanging around. ???. The ATM machine part where it accepts the deposit. Would not open. And I was stuck there till it cancelled the transaction. Worst branch. And the closest branch is 15-45 min. Depending on traffic. Horrible branch.

  If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. Super slow service usually only 1 or 2 tellers open and always lots of other staff standing around and talking an no one even takes a second to say someone will be right with you. Once, I had a bunch of loose change to deposit and was the only customer in the building and the teller told me I had to roll it but did not offer to help. I had to sit and roll the change and no one offered to help me. Fun fact, I was only able to roll 2 rolls of quarters and 1 roll of dimes. I will be most likely be taking my Nonprofit's business elsewhere.

  I deposited $500 into the Atm at BB&T Bank today. Then it started processing. After about 3 minutes I started to worry. At about 6 minutes I called Customer Service and was on with them for over 10 minutes. They were no help. They put in a ticket for it. I told them I was afraid to leave because the next person who came up might get my money. After hanging up on them I sat another 5 minutes and a message came up asking me if I needed more time. I pushed no and it gave me the money back. Changing banks this week. If I had left I would be out $500.

  Worse customer service. Two tellers on a Friday afternoon at 3pm . Bank manager on the cell phone the fifteen minutes I was waiting for business deposit. His office door was open so u know it wasn't business call. The bank lady just goes behind close doors with 6customers in line. I'm glad I don't bank with BBT
