  My experience with Fellowship Home Loans was great! I didn't think that I would qualify to refinance after a bankruptcy. My prayers were answered. I am so thankful and blessed to have been able to work with Daniel Virrueta. He walked me through the process and explained everything. It is because of God, Daniel, and FHL that I will be able to complete the necessary home improvements and pay off my loans. This has truly been a blessing. Thank you Daniel for your hard work!

  This is my second refinance with FHL. Daniel Virrueta has been wonderful, informative, and when he went on vacation he had Robert Velarde step in to keep things moving. Robert was also wonderful. I didn't know if FHL could do anything for me the second time around, but Daniel ran numbers and made things happen. They were able to get my interest rate lower then what it was originally locked into, which was fabulous. They made the process smooth and painless. I highly recommend FHL and their wonderful staff, they are a blessing.

  After 75 days of processing my refi, I was told that due to my work as an Independent Contractor, Fellowship Home Loans could not provide me with a refinance loan. Why 75 days? I expected a Christian organization to have a level of transparency and integrity. Apparently not.

His macro understanding of the market place is very impressive and his micro view of our somewhat non-conventional situation made it possible for us to close the deal with a deep sense of satisfaction and gratitude.   Jaeden was super easy to work with. He educated me where I needed it and never hesitated to answer any question I had. He worked through a couple special situations and hoops my city made us jump through during the process and he did it with a positive attitude even during the Covid 19 pandemic. I will use him again next time I need to buy or refi!
