  What a horrible experience dealing with this organization. From unwarranted credit card charges, account managers that do not return calls, unprocessed phone payments Omega is one of the worst banks I've had the misfortune dealing with.

  Worse bank experience of my life. Opened up an account and I still never received my debit card after a whole month and when I called in the bank and talked to Jason Springer he was useless. Did not help at all over the phone, seems like he was in a rush to go back to youtube or something. They were real quick when it came down to taking money out of my other bank account though. Now im just waiting for a check that will never probably get here from them, it will most likely get lost with the rest of the correspondence they sent a month ago. Dont bank here.

  The first time I went to this location I had a lot of change and the guy at the counter was rude he said that I will only count “the money out of kindness from my heart” he was very rude! The last time I went there they said that they will not do shared branching because of the Corona virus. I was like ok smh
