  This place is as close to a scam as you can get. They don't guarantee anything and charge you to file free applications. This is not clear over the phone as they say they will erase your student debt. However, they can't make the call or know if you truly qualify for any of the programs. Cost to file the free applications $500. They continue to call a pressure to complete the payment.

  This is crazy. I never thought I could get a grip on my student loans. I tried on my own to get public service loan forgiveness but I was denied twice. They helped and guided me step by step and it worked! They were always so nice and helpful. I cant wait to refer my friends. Excellent service.

  I am so thankful for this company! With a little one at home, I was so nervous about how to pay my loans with a small income coming in. The representative on the phone from the very beginning was so helpful. She guided me thru what options where available and the entire process. Great customer service all around!

  They lost my paperwork, harass me (through text at that) and when I asked them to stop and told them to email me only as well as expressed my dissatisfaction with their services in a private email- NATASHA came back with nothing but rude tone & poor customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
