  I love Tracey and the entire team! They are the best credit union and this is not a bs fake person saying it. They did not force me to say it or told me to hit the link. I AM Saying it because I remember when the government close down in 2019 the beginning on the year they were on the phone helping many federal works with mortgages and student loan payments. Thank you!

  Awful financial institutions. I was kn the phone trying to open a business account for 1 hour to find out the they couldn’t do it because there was a space discrepancy in the documents. Awful service, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!!!! Supervisors were just as unhelpful as employees. This financial institution represents everything that’s wrong with the banking industry.

  Do not do business with this establishment. Credit unions are designed to help people. Heaven forbid you are late or cannot make payments. They will try to make sure they report negative information to the credit bureaus AFTER account has been paid in full. Go elsewhere!!!

  Credit bureau notifications are automatically generated. We always work with our members to resolve credit issues. Please contact our office to discuss any negative information on credit reports. Negative history, such as late payments, stay on credit reports for 7 years, even when accounts are eventually paid off.
