  Please don’t be ashamed to go to this Business establishment. Ali is amazing PERIOD... He was completely honest and to the point. I would definitely recommend this place over everyone else...

  Went to establishment today and didn't receive any of the customer service that is spoke about in these reviews. I came in with my item never received eye contact or friendly conversation. I was told let me see what you have and the gentleman looked at his computer and very low said I'll pass I said excuse me he said I'll pass. I was really floored didn't care if you purchased it or not but you could have treated me like a customer or for that matter a person.

  I have been going there for almost 1 yr, my experience is been awesome never had a problem they are always willing to help I have NO complaints to say about them , KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB OF GIVING NEWARK THE BEST PAWN SHOP OUT THERE.....!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏

  Honestly 1 day I was in dyer need of assistance ,came upon some troubling time and was @ a loss and pretty much about to pull my wig out....So,I was pretty much stumbling and tripping amongst myself so I popped in my ph & they came up and ever since then ice been dealing w/them n wnt go newhere else...Very nice almost professional ...lol...jk...but all joking aside they're pretty great ask for Geoff

  Ali is so friendly he helps the best he could the rest of the staff is so friendly as well I highly recommend coming here to get a price on your item

  I believe the man who helped us was named Gary. He was a great help got to sell quick and fast and gave us a decent price was very personable and treated us with respect

  my experience didn't even involve pawning I had to go to court across the street from the pawn shop and I was carrying climbing equipment & Ali watched my stuff while I went to court and didn't charge me a nickel and I owe him a nice large coffee.,

  I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a pawn shop to ether sell or buy from. Justin and Ali are my go to guys and very sociable made me feel right at home 😁

  I will never go back and y'all shouldn't ether I pawn a Xbox 1 for a day for $50 came back the next day and they charged me $85 to get it out?? never agin good luck with this whack store
