      Great friendly people, very helpful, understanding, nice locations, been with them 20 + years.

      Stopped in the location across from the China Buffet for notary service. The lady working the counter went to the back and we heard her say " I have someone here for notary service, the notary said its gonna be along while before I can get to them" as she literally is starting just 30 feet from us. The notary woman walks over to us and says are you customers and we reply our son is and we are joint on his account, she smiles and says I'm sorry I will only notarize customers but you can go across the street to the other location and they will do it. The main location took care of us as they always do. As a state notary myself I was surprised to see someone turning people away like this. I wouldn't waste your time at this location and just go to the main office for notary services.

      the bank is tried to charge me 10 dollar atm fee when I asked why I was called broke and told that's what its always been never bank here

      my experience using fcn is bad. the I nline experience there side had constant trouble keeping up with my statements they were never current and the site login into my account stopped working. all in all I expected more
