  Our dealership spent thousands of dollars on a mailer they pushed. Not one call. When I request proof it was even mailed out, I get nothing. Looks "fishy" to me. I will be passing on to our attorney for lawsuit. Update on 12/20/2019: I had to change my wording since their lawyers threaten to file a suit against me. I am not removing it since nothing I am saying is not true! I would not recommend you do any business these guys based on this experience!

  As a F&i you really need a company that can help you approving customers and making sure the business makes money. This is the Company; Credito Real USA Finance. We highly recommend them. One of the most important aspect of a relationship between a dealer and a bank is the "Rep" in our case we got the most professional, kind and willing Rep in our area and his name is BRANDON KALKER.   I called with a bad attitude and Ella stated very nice with me and calmed me down. She talked me through my account and helped get my settlement to a pretty good deal. I did not like Credito Real USA. But she is the second person I have talked to that makes me feel like she is doing her all to help me out. Thank you so much Ella.
