  Do NOT DO TAXES with liberty tax!!!! I was doing my husbands but had to wait for his AGI from last year to come in the mail before I finished it. He decided he didn't want to wait so he went there for them to do it. Well for 1 they charged him $300. 2) somehow he got over $1000 less than he was suppose to when I was doing it. And 3. They took even MORE than the $300 and are telling him it's his state taxes that haven't came in yet. No. When you use the IRS2go page you only type in your federal return so that should have been how much he already received minus their $300 but instead they took every bit of it but $100 so he's just screwed COMPLETELY this year.

  Worst service ever!! $550.00 and wouldn't even answer a simple question, very rude staff. I won't be returning.
