  The older thinner short grandma with the short curly hair was probably one of the rudest customer service people i’ve ever dealt with! she’s working right now and i’m definitely never going back becsuse of her. i’m hope manager see this .. don’t go there! i hope she has a better day tho

  This place has always been good to me in the past but I just called and asked how much they could loan me for a pair of my Jordan sneakers, without allowing me to tell her what style or part number or anything, she says "Are they new??" Kinda annoyed sounding. And I said they are very slightly used, she said they won't take them if they've ever been worn. Smh. They're $600 retro 13 special edition sneakers and they won't give me a loan towards them because I said I wore them. Should have lied I guess, they wouldn't have known but I wanted to be honest. Learned my lesson.

  I purchased a bar light recently, originally priced at 100$ down to 40$ did not use it everyday. Had some minor issues with it well 9 days later went to return the item and wouldn't you know it the rude older lady behind the counter was so happy to tell me " sorry our return policy is 7 days on items like this " needless to say I'm very dissatisfied with them. It's a massive store with almost nothing in it, I can see why. They obviously are not concerned with conducting "good business " I recommend the other many pawnshops in GB. I only stopped at this one because it's close to home. It seems to be the 1 women behind the counter there that's the problem, the other employees seemed pleasant and helpful.

  Over-priced, for what limited selection they happen to have. Most of their Apple iPhone they have for sale are $100 - $200, which isn't a bad price. But, when you read the note on the phone, saying iCloud locked, it's useless. $80 for a used Xbox Series X controller, black? New go for $49.99 - $59.99 (depending where you shop). The list just goes on and on. Which is a shame. A few years back, when they were the new game in town, their store had a lot of unique items, and reasonably priced. But, since they built the new store, it's just gone down hill.

  I don't know why I see all these negative posts on here about this place because I will say, I've never experienced anything but understanding, compassionate, and outstanding customer service from these employees at fast and easy pawn. Marge and another lady (I can't remember her name but she has short hair) they are spectacular and compassionate ladies. If you have a loan on something and something comes up by your due date and you can't pay it, just call them and they'll work with you. I had a situation where a family member of mine almost lost a very important item to our family by defaulting on their loan. it got put on the floor for sale and several people wanted to buy it. They went out of their way to help me save that item and they didn't have to do what they did, but they did and I appreciate it. That's why they will always have my business and I will always recommend other people to do business with them as well. I hear some people complain that they didn't get what their item was worth.... when you go to pawn something, they're not going to give you exactly what it's worth. They gotta leave some room to make money off of it if you default on your loan. They're not doing this for free and I don't know why people don't get that.

  Love my job and what I do. people need to understand that we have to make profit too. We want to make you customers happy and satisfy I understand your not gonna get the amount you paid for but understand its a pawn shop and we do what we can to make our customers happy

  They are fair. i took couple loans out in the past month since i was laid off from work. borrowed $100 each time and i paid around $110 to get them back a few days later. much cheaper that other types of loans!! i feel alot of ppl complain because they dont know the true value of an item. before i go to a pawn shop i check ebay under SOLD listings and value it at the average of the 3 lowest sold pieces of my item i wanna take a loan on, then i figure they will give me half of that because after all they are a business! . doing this i have never been denied the ammount of money i ask for

  Staff was vary friendly, the ladies upfront where all smiles nice to talk to (sorry ladies I don't remember your names) I brought in a smart watch and was given a fair price,also there interest was half of anywhere else. And if you only need the money for a week they will pro rate it so you don't pay the interest for the whole month.people going to a pawn shop generally are at that moment desperate for cash and maybe not in the best of moods so it was really nice to be treated good!

  Had a great experience at this place. Your wonderful Employee Marge was Fantastic, she made me feel at ease and was very down to earth and very personable. You should be very proud of her working for your company.
