      Worst costumer service I've ever experienced from any location hands down. Unbelievable.. Dismissive, condescending, They make it obvious that they value their own time more than ours.. i understand that half of you are a couple years from retiring so you guys just couldn't be bothered anymore. Well deserved. for the horrible anxiety you people have caused me past couple of days.

      So my card was stolen on a Sunday and I called and got it shut off but they couldn't send new one. Said call bank during business hours. I did and they said I could pick up my card from bank same day and transferred me to Main st location. I got answering machine in middle of work day (around 1130am). So I left detailed message and even said my name twice. Once in beginning and once at end of message. Left phone number and birth date too. It's 950pm. Still waiting on my call back so I can get my card today....

      Poor customer service and even worse online. I had better experience with Fox Community. Capital Credit showed me their lack of dedication and commitment. I would rather give them zero stars for their zero productivity.

      The staff for the most part is helpful. I feel though like a person is nickel & dimed for anything that is needed. A staff tells me that I can get copies of my statements on line. Then I'm told via phone that I can't get copies of anything prior to the date that I signed up for statements on line. What good is that? It is difficult to reach staff at a specific location with the 800 #. I general, it's difficult to get anything done with this credit union.

      I recommended this credit union to my sister to open a checking/savings account. I was really surprised when ny sister told me that she needed to come back by noon for appointment and it's an appointment for another day. REALLY??! Even without a single client around at that time, you still have to make an appointment just to open an account. Maybe you should change one of your slogans to "hahahahaha... you have to make an appointment or go somewhere else to open an account."

      They're okay at this location but if you are wanting to apply for a loan don't expect to walk in and get service. They very rarely have someone there to help and you will have to make an appointment at a different location. This is difficult for people who don't work regular business hours like myself.

      "let me schedule you a appointment to schedule a appointment tomorrow" "Ill call or let you know by the end of the day"(they never do) a week will go by and you will hear the same thing "end of day" "tomorrow" "schedule another appointment" have to wait 100hours to get something done here that you can get done somewhere else for 1.

      I can't say I've ever had a positive interaction with any of the tellers there. Definitely prefer the branch off of Huron Road. It's worth the extra drive out there.

      it's only this branch that I was complaining about. the were unwilling to help me. this branch is useless. I went to another branch and was helped rite away and it made me feel better about my loan with the company. just don't go to this branch. they don't think they have to help there customers is the feeling I got.

      Ok I’m getting very irritated... it’s been multiple times now that I’m in the drive up in the second one with the slot drop and they wait at all the cars in the first one and I have to wait shouldn’t they take turns if there’s one teller inside or shut that open sign to off! And then I get all I’m sorry I thought the other teller was coming back? I’ve already talk to the manager , and she Plain out told me that’s how they do it ! Very very frustrated
