      I have banked with Associated Bank for 30 years and will be moving all of my banking services to Nicolet Bank. The once local bank has lost their personal touch. Also, the service is incredibly slow, especially at the university location.

      Associated Bank is literally the worst financial institution that I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Between the outrageous NSF fees to the daily charges after that, we have been screwed out of over $500 dollars, thanks to this bank. We tried to close our accounts and pay our negative balances (from the fees that accrued, which we couldn't pay, because they were our only financial institution) and they wouldn't let us pay our fees or close our account. On top of that, the managers are extremely unfriendly and the tellers are very rude. We will never be doing business with Associated ever again, and are glad to have our hands clean of the place. Good riddance.

      Teller needs more training. I went through the drive through sat morning. Deposited a check,she said $100 would be available right away and the rest of the check would be available on Sunday.NOPE ,no funds there, and NOPE not Monday either.

      Their customer service sucks! Never coming to this location again!! When the lobby isnt opened until 9am why does it have to take me 30 minutes to get to the window with only 1 car infront of me & 4 employees??
