  Jeez, these guys are the real deal. I was trying to sell a home through a Realtor to buy a perfect property in another neighborhood. I could have lost the new home if these guys hadn't stepped up and bought my house. I let them do the paperwork which saved a few $$$ and meant the cash for my sale was in my checking account in 10 days.
