  This company requires a lot for new customers and then max out is 255.00!?!? FOUR pay stubs 60 day bank statement I need a payday loan not a credit loan

  Hi Butterfly, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Sometimes we require more information and sometimes we require less. Every new customer is unique. It is important that we do our proper due diligence on the front end of the lending process to ensure that we are putting our new customers into a loan they can comfortably afford to pay back. This process generally takes no longer than 30 - 45 minutes. This is standard for most payday lending companies. Our max payday loan amount is $425 for those that qualify. Thanks!

  For 2 years or more I was very satisfied with this company. I would have gave 5 stars. Then they got this new kind of loan and told me how great it was and that I would be much better off with it. Trusting them and sadly not really reading the fine print.... .I have been paying OVER $120 a month for a $400 loan for over 6 months and still owe $557. So NO star and never again will I do business with them. The main office pretended to be upset about thm misleading people BUT....oh well. Teresa

  I give this place 0 stars because the rude lady behind the counter MARIAH was her name...she had a very nasty attitude and was being rude as hell..she acted as if we were BOTHERING her by coming in because they were short staffed..well thats not my problem! And she was being so mean to the guy that was working with her..she has 0 customer service skills.

  I called this place to see about using them for a small loan they told that they taking and new costumer and they couldn’t help me glad I didn’t drive all the there never seen a place in business to loan money and then tell they are not taking in new customers

  Sorry for any confusion, John. We do have a qualifying system for new folks, and not everyone qualifies for the amount they are looking for, but we are always glad to go through the brief qualifying process with new customers.

  I just called to ask for a loan and the amount I was needing. I asked if they could do that, and they hung up on me. The person who I spoke to was Danielle. Very rude.
