  Went in today to sell my speaker I needed to get rid of for taking up space! I called other shops that tried to low-ball me but they offered me the most fair price! Jen was very helpful and polite! I would recommend this shop before visiting elsewhere in the Baltimore area !!

  I offered this pawn shop a 1st edition John Lennon book from ,1965 hard cover! Well the person who answered the phone sounding half buzzed said aaaaaahhhhhh, we won't be able to sell that because its a book! No it's a 1965 hard cover of John Lennon's 'A Spaniard in the Works' which can easily sell for a fell thaosand dollars. In his post drunk Saturday voice I caaan't seeell that...... He reminded me of one of the myriad of cabbies around Dundalk.What a sad sad state Dundalk has become. Aaaaaashhhhhhhh!!!!!

  Jeffrey. Just so you are aware, the person you spoke to doesn't drink or use drugs. He has a speech impediment. Yet he comes to work every day with a fantastic attitude and answers the phone usually before anyone else can get to it. Because he has that kind of courage. But narrow minded know-it-all's like you wouldn't take the time to consider anything but your own bigotry. Dundalk is if FULL of hard working decent people and we provide them with fair service and lots of help any way we can.

  We just recently moved to the area and while looking for work had to pawn a few things to be able to get by and both times we have used this store. So far we have had nothing but great service and help from the workers here. I would for sure recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good pawn shop where you are given a fair value for your items and treated with absolute dignity and respect! Thank you Fast Cash!

  What is this in reference to? I’m guessing that you accidentally replied to the wrong business. Otherwise could you be a little more specific about what happened?   Very nice people, friendly and very helpful. Never had one problem with this pawnshop! It’s the only one I go to. Since I’m a regular customer and always get my merchandise back out I always get top price! The only reason I see someone would put this pawnshop down is that they hadfake junk they wanted money for!

  I always have a wonderful experience especially with Jenn. She has always been so kind to me! I look forward to seeing her when I come in. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a pawn shop! 10/10

  Going in to pawn an item was fine, guy that helped me was courteous and friendly. However, when picking my item back up, the guy was unpleasant, and rude. I'm really not happy about the fact that I had to pay cash. When I asked why, he said because they gave me cash when I pawned it. I've never seen a pawn shop that gave you something other than cash when pawning. Interest is also high compared to local pawn shops I've been to. Only positive is they're open 7 days. I won't be back. Sticking with poplar in the future.

  Raymond. I'm very sorry you feel that way. I apologize for the way you were treated. That's not at all how we are supposed to treat our customers. We need cash back if you are picking something up. The reason is, we don't keep much cash in the store and we need cash back to give to the next customer. Just like when you came in. We do take credit cards to renew your ticket and for layaways and sales. If you have any kind of problem or need us to bypass the rules for some reason, please ask to speak to the manager or owner.   We’ve been dealing with them for years. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we called because we couldn’t work. They told us our stuff was safe & they were working with people. Boy, what a joke! Just called them & they’ve literally sold everything we pawned!!!!! Right before COVID-19, we spent over $12,000.00 on items & jewelry & this is how they treat us!!!! Be warned!!!!

  Today I went and pawned my watch,my experience was great. Fast service, great customer service Mr.Shawn was a delight to talk with as he did my pawn. They make you feel welcome and leave with a good sense of happiness.
