  I had 4 mins to close. They denied me entrance. Why do they have hours if they will not follow them. Even after I called they screamed at me they were closed. 4 mins till 7pm. Change ur hours then.

  This organization is BAD BUSINESS!!!!.... ok I know it’s a pawn shop but have some respect for your consumers that purchase item from you that is not quality items. I purchased a computer in August from this company and it was $206 and the chubby lady with the glasses ask me if I would like a warranty and stated if I didn’t get it I was able to return the computer. I then said yes I would like the warranty not know until I read it and the paper states that I would have 15 days to return it. Well After I purchased the first computer I went all the way home and the computer was completely unresponsive I couldn’t even get the home screen to show up. SO I went back to the store and told her I wanted a refund and then she stated that she had another computer that was for the same price and that it worked better, So I went on ahead in exchange the broken one for the better one. When I Got home yes the computer worked but as time was passing my computer was acting weird. It would pop a app that said I would need to pay for the viruses to be cleared out. Moving forward by dec my computer completely shut down on me. if I didn’t say it before this computer was strictly for school purposes. Nothing more I took it back up there to see if I could either get my money or if somebody can fix it for me or even look at it Jesus Christ something. The 2 women were very very very rude omg. They was acting as if I didn’t know what I was talking about as soon as I walked in. And the manger then told me it was a 15 day warranty and a 30 day which the fat lady forgot to mention to me , and then she interrupted me while I’m speaking to the manger and said “I told her about the policy when she got it”. Excuse me? Girl humble yourself because you knew dang well you didn’t say nothing of distort when it came to me purchasing that warranty, and then have the nerve to rude and lie and then interrupted me at that. Point is that your business isnt gonna be standing for long if you have rude employees, and not put in any effort to negotiate with your consumers that’s how you lose money honeys 😘

  Its been about 6 minth since I got my ring from Fast Cash Pawn and ever since getting it I have felt something is wrong with my ring. Especially since I have lost wait and it hasn't fit me since I got it back and on the bottom the ring is thinned out. When I got my ring the manager didn't want to work with me extending my time by a couple days when there was a pandemic going on and then I see my ring. I believe this store has stolen the gold off my ring and resized it. I will be able to verify this when I look up on my old pawn sheets how much my ring weighed and now when I have it back and when it weighz differently it will show that the people at this fast cash pawn are a bunch of crooks robbing their own customers.

  Every experience and there's been a lot of them has been extremely fantastic about every aspect of customer service from beginning to end. Only met one manager (tall thin young white guy) who is great at his job and very knowledgeable about everything I would ask and very accommodating.entire staff awesome funny and curious.thank you all!

  If I could give them a negative star rating I would! I came in to Fast Cash Pawn to sell a platinum diamond ring for my fiance, (previous relationship).These guys are crooks, they did not test the diamond directly in front of me Plus I observed multiple employees testing it as well. They came back and told me I had a moissanite ring and their offer was $100. I decided to skip out on the offer and I went to EZPawn. Allen at Ez Pawn tested the diamond in front of me and it was a .70 carat high quality diamond in a Platinum setting weighing 3.5 grams that retails over $3,000 and they instantly offered me a thousand bucks. I don't know if I was being hussled or if all of their staff is extremely poorly trained. Will not venture into fast cash again!

  This pawnshop is disgusting and isn’t customer friendly the “manager” and the “assistant manager” were not very knowledgeable took 20 minutes for her to give me a quote which technically I never got! Clean the store if you don’t know what you are doing behind the counter girls!

  Attention: GO TO EZ PAWN!! Fast cash is not the place for loans. I used to come here to get loans but will never come her again!! I wanted to get a loan of $1,700 for some very nice jewelry and they only offered $1,500 for it all. Went to EZ PAWN on Mississippi and they gave me $1,750 on top of returning some jewelry pieces back!!! You will never see me at fast cash anymore. EZ PAWN is the place!!!!!!

  I do not know well there return policy, but I bought a tv with a warranty to return under 15 days if something wrong with it, I ended up bringing back the tv under 24h I got my money back but they hold on to the warranty money, I thought a return under 24h will give you your money full money back... will change my rating if proven otherwise.

  DONT GO HERE! Terrible experience. Had over 200$ paid on a lay away item. Was out of state when I had to make payment and forgot. They gave no courtisy call to remind me before taking the full 200$ non refundable. They are snakes in the grass DONT GO HERE

  Worst pawn shop ever, and I've bewn to soo many. Just go accross the street from there, they are great. I waited half an hour to pay something and they all said they were busy, walking around and talking to eachother, using thier phones, horrible place. 0 stars if i could.
