  I signed up for an e-checking account after moving to Lincolnton. I was charged a fee because I didn't complete my enrollment online. That was completely my fault because I did not read the paperwork. I contacted the bank by email for help because I didn't understand why the fee had been charged. A representative from the bank called me and walked me through what I needed to do to complete my enrollment online. After that she offered to waive the fee. I feel like the bank went above and beyond to help me. I was very impressed by their customer service.

  This is a nice place to do banking. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. They also offer services as in an atm conveniently located in the front.

  Great local atmosphere for a bank. A friend that I grew up with and graduated with runs this bank. His name is Mr. Cuylor Leverett. Forgive my spelling Cuylor if it's wrong, it's been a while... :-) Anyway, he is from what I've heard and seen a great manager, so ask for him if you need help or have any problems.

  The do the complete opposite of what u want them do to rather go to washignton or Thomson location
