  John Banister has been my go to person for years. He is always professional. He has helped me acquire at least 6 vehicles. He is honest. Amber and Ree are awesome as well. The entire office staff go above and beyond. If I send someone for a loan, First Franklin is my first choice.

  They helped me get my first car. They have always been there for my family. I promise you, first Franklin IS the move. They are open and honest and the staff is really nice.

  I found the staff to be completely unprofessional in the Thomson location. I applied for a loan, after a friend told me how she got a check in the mail and had bad credit. Well even though they claim to offer help with bad credit loans, they did not. I called 4 times and was told my loan was still pending. To date no one has even called me back. I think this place should be featured on our local news, so people know it is all a lie. Don't apply for a loan, if you wait they send out checks you simply sign and deposit. My friend is not even employed and got a check in the mail for $3,000. I am employed and make good money, divorce hurt my credit. Yet I can't get a loan, I guess if I was on welfare and food stamps, I would be approved.

  Buyers be weary of this corporation. They charge you 31% interest and THEY DO NOT REFINANCE! I paid my car off and they also ONLY report closed to the credit Bureau and not paid off when you are done with them. I'm Still getting screwed by them and all the staff at all locations are rude. They must train them this way.
