  Recently had a great experience with a Farmers & Merchants Bank loan representative. Mr James Hatcher is from another branch, he took the time to provide a wealth of information about their loan programs, Consummate professional. We have many clients here locally in Long Beach that have accounts at this branch. We hear great things about them & is overall a great bank. Thanks for being in the Shore.

  I had a 9am appt for open a checking account. Rebecca had me waiting for fifteen minutes, then when we sat down I was very clear i wanted a basic checking account. she then took her time and showed me all there large accounts that i didnt need. I got up and walked out and went to another bank. bad service
