  We own a commercial property in Eureka, Missouri and we were unhappy with our lender so we reached out to Farmers & Merchants. Bernie Hillerman could not have been more attentive to our needs to re-finance.   I just completed my second transaction with Jeff Maupin on purchasing a new home. He is the best with finding the best loan options and explaining things in a way that make sense. For my most recent, it was a new build home and Jeff made sure to point out some additional costs that may come into play. I love knowing that I can put full trust and confidence into someone that truly keeps my best interests in mind. I will continue to use Jeff for any future loan and/or refinance needs.

  I absolutely love this bank. Everyone there at this location knows their job, they are helpful, and they are extremely friendly. Cathy and Melissa are always so willing to make sure all my needs are met and they make me feel like I’m their most important customer. I love banking at this branch and I never plan on banking anywhere else. I can’t say enough great things about the EUREKA location. You guys rock and I appreciate y’all for always making me feel welcome.

  The branch manager Bernie Hillerman "BJ" is who you want to talk to for a loan. He is very attentive and professional. I believe a larger bank would not quite give the same service. You will not get the run-around here. Highly recommend.
