I have had nothing but excellent and very personalized service from FFCU. I am always greeted by name (i don't know how Theresa does that) even in the drive through. Any problem I have had has been handled by them immediately, and the mistake has always been mine, not theirs. I cannot thank or recommend them enough. I do wish they had an outside ATM, but there must be a reason they don't.

After getting tired of dealing with 1 of the large banks I finally opened an account with them last year. I am very happy with my decision, their employees are amazing and always go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. Never want to go anywhere else for my family's banking needs.
