  I have been banking here at this location for many years. I love the staff and the location. I live in Callahan but it is well worth the drive, It's nice when you enter a business where everyone is so friendly, and speaks to you like your somebody to them and not just a paycheck. Myself and my wife just applied for a signature loan Sharon worked her butt off to help me with the process (and believe me I need a lot of help). Stella was given the task of signing all the paperwork, I think because I drove Sharon insane, but all is good thanks to you all.

  I've banked with this company for years, and at this location since it opened, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks to counseling I received the transition form working to retirement is easier than it would have been. It's especially nice to walk in and get a hello by name. Who does that anymore?

  Community First Credit Union has been great to me and my family. I have both of my cars, a consumer loan, and two credit cards with Community First. Stella has been very helpful and gives me great advice on the best products available for my situation and ways to keep my credit in good standing. I would recommend anyone to this Community First location for exceptional customer service. I have had four family members open accounts due to my positive experiences.

  It was a good experience. The bankers were very nice and truly helpful. They are very high tech and well organized. Also, I got a free pen. So, if you need a new bank home; Community First is a great option.

  I opened a Checking and savings account has not even been a month yet then decided that I will be better off with my other bank that I been with for 10 plus years. So I called in to have both of the accounts to be closed and was giving a hard time about that put on hold for 10min then was told he could only close my checking account and not my savings account unless I pay $10 to have the savings account close unbelievable very disappointed I will not recommend anyone to do business with Community first sounds like y’all are desperate for members

  I’ve worked with jojuan with all my car loans, you guys don’t know what kind of amazing associate you have. Initiates and follows through with everything I needed and made the process quick and painless. Again amazing work.

  Ivan Gonzalez is an ideal employee he was helping me roll my quarters and dimes and nickels I had at least 30 to 50 lb worth of coins he also assisted with other customers as well as his manager he worked diligent as possible and maintained his workplace it was very respectful to each customer was were very respectful to me and he was on the go when his manager calls for him explain quietly and politely when he couldn't help help me because of all the customers coming in it was slow and there was nobody coming at first the one that started picking up he kept up with it and he also took care of me I respect that to the fullest extent of my own honor and I commend him for his job I always have a good time every time I come in here to this bank but today I was just wanted to say something for somebody that shows real initiative for customer service and I never have done a survey or review but I felt like you really deserve one so I took my time to write this out I give this place to five stars great place to bank they explain everything so perfectly to make it easy for us to understand what we might do or need to do what are home owning and everything else thank you Community First and thank you Ivan Gonzalez
