  FBB has great customer service. It's nice to be able to call and speak with an actual person. Financing my vehicle was quick and painless, and the interest rate was very competitive. Their website and mobile app are intuitive and fully functional.

  I took out a car loan at the request of my insurance agent . the insurance is great , the loan department is horrible . i have been on the phone all day because they drafted two payments which they have acknowledged and all i have gotten is excuses why they have not put it back in my account. my bank rep. even told me that she spoke to the person on the phone and sent a fax showing that two payments had been withdrawn. spent half my time listing to a recording about how important my business was to them and that a professional would help me with my problem. they can,t spell PROFESSIONAL.

  They are incredibly slow at responding to messages. It does not take 14 days to respond to out of state customers. I wouldn't complain if it were only one time, but unfortunately this is the eighth encounter. Three days is the shortest time spent waiting. And if you're out of town and need money transfered immediately, you can forget it. At least two days to transfer money from your personal accounts. Smh! Loan will reach maturity in October and I'll be done with these fools.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with multiple representatives that helped me work through the covid financial crisis. They all not only answered all my questions, but did so many times after hours. They handled everything in a professional manner, while making me feel like I was an actual human and not just another number.
