  Jessy is super professional, yet makes you feel like her best friend. She walks you through the whole process. I am not the easiest client when it comes to home buying and an “I need to know what’s happening and what’s the next step” type of person. I like constant communication and updates.   I should have let companies compete for my business. Don’t get me wrong this company did not screw me over by any means. They just made no effort towards my family and I to understand the entire process. Biggest of all was right before my first mortgage payment, they sold my loan to another company. (I had no idea this was even possible) If this is standard process or not I have no idea. My point is with this being my first time I had no idea and had enough stress of buying a new home. It would have been nice to have someone to take the time to explain the ins and outs first. So I’m rating 3 stars not for bad service but for mediocre service.

  Jessy was fantastic to work with. She truly went above and beyond from the very beginning for us. When we first applied for a mortgage, she responded the very next day. Her and her team kept me in the loop every step of the way. Jessy was even available to calm my first time home buying jitters after hours. I cannot recommend Jessy enough!   We have just finished the process of closing on our home, we used Jessy from Sierra Pacific Mortgage and were extremely pleased with our experience. Purchasing a home is never easy, and there are tons and tons of documents and information that we were never too sure about. Jessy did a great job at explaining each document and why it was required, making us feel more comfortable from beginning to end. Like every other future homeowner, once we told people close to us about our plans to purchase a home through our lender, they all had opinions and questions that they push you to ask (making you question things and if you're getting the best deal and rate possible) Jessy went above and beyond comforting and re assuring us that we were getting the best deal and rate possible, and that she had our best interests in mind. The entire Sierra team and Jessy made us feel like a family, and I would advise everyone to use a local mortgage lender who knows your area, as they'll know your area like it's their very own backyard. I was extremely pleased and I'm excited to live out the next years of my life in my new home, all with the comfort that I got the best deal possible! (We even got some awesome closing gifts from Jessy!)

  Jessy Printz made our loan process so incredibly easy! Not only was she always available to talk and answer questions, but she was kind, friendly and she made you feel cared about instead of just another job. I loved the app that tracked where we were in the loan process and how she kept us up to date on all the details.
