Everyone in the office truly care about helping people and they will go out of their way to make sure you are always taken care of. The expertise and knowledge that everyone brings to the table is very comforting, especially when you need someone to take care of things like insurance that has so many details that not everyone understands.   I have been privileged to be a co-owner of a business in an industry that impacts the lives of people. The Insurance business over the past 30+ years that I have been part of has continuously been changing. Going from quoting policies from formulas in a manual, paper applications and endorsements to today's use of computers. Modern technology has made it simpler and faster. My business partner Bob Schulte and I have always had our clients best interest in mind. We feel as they are part of our family and have treated them as such. With this in mind we named our business "Family Insurance Services". In part since Bob and I are brother and sister but for the most part it is our consideration that our customers are like family.
