  PFCU has never let me down. Customer service is always friendly, efficient and quick to get my loans approved without any hassles. And on this loan they beat the banks by a full 2%! Don’t hesitate to contact these people at PFCU, they treat you like family.

  My experience with PFCU and getting my auto loan. Was absolutely marvelous. I was kept informed through the whole process. After approval they made it convenient for me to get my check so that I may go pick-up my 2018 Ford F-150 4x4 sport truck. Which I love. Thank you PFCU for being there for me. Deidrie Hunt

  I'm happy to say that I really like doing business with PFCU. So much of what we do is remote bookkeeping and I love that I can do Bill Pay, transfers and/or ACH payments from anywhere I happen to be. Life isn't perfect, and if there's a banking problem, PFCU responds quickly.

  I have used PFCU for many years. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have had several loans with them over the years. Recently bought a Tahoe and Ashtyn was super helpful and friendly. There is no way then process could have been any better.

  Excellent credit union, been with them for years. When my son past at the young age of 19 in Florida I was mentally a mess, Kevin from the ionia branch helped handle everything, from funeral home to car rental .. Excellent staff, have never had a bad experience.....
