Stay away stay away stay away. This particular credit union doesn't deserve any stars, but this wasn't given as an option here. The people who work at this particular credit union lack professionalism, organization, and respect for their customers. The people who work at this particular credit union don't like to accept and answer telephone calls. The people who work at this particular credit union aren't fair and do not treat everyone equally. They are racists and they show it. The staff are culturally biased. How can you approve a loan request and then three weeks later say you can"t? This particular credit union is ran and operated by the most unintelligent and incompetent individuals. It is recommended that one does not use this particular credit union for any type of financial services. You will be better off selecting a financial institution that makes you feel welcomed, that can serve your financial needs, and that can help you meet your financial goals.

I rather do business with my local "LOAN SHARK".... To the young man ( teller) your to good to be working in a dump like this !! To the lady on the right I told you my ATM card wouldn't let me withdraw (15min before closing) you huffing checked and said my card has/been "fine" so it will work !! Sunday night I needed $$$ card declined charged $2.50 to use another.... Tuesday I went in to close my account ( young man) says I gotta see the Lady 👍 on right by the time I looked her way she tells us I'm going to lunch...he says I'll have to wait for the lady on the left wth... after a few minutes lady on left comes out & starts cleaning the new glass talking to teller about lunch... So I went up to young man and said I want everything out of my account except $1.00 so you lady's can try to split that $1.00 & buy a Diet drink on me...

This credit Union is awful. They never answer the phone, nor do they return phone calls. Customer Service is terrible. IF i could give them 0 stars i would. The mobile banking app is trash. I would not recommend using them.

We have been members here since 1995. No more! One of our debit cards stopped working - it is NOT lost. Abby at FAFCU Spring Hill advises that they charge $7.00 for a replacement card. What?!! What a rip off! Our other Credit Union gives free replacement cards, free checks, has recently waived their members' NSF fees AND pays a dividend. Good bye FAFCU.

No one answers the phone. Calls go to voicemail. No one ever returns calls. Used to be a great place to bank. NO customer service anymore and no one seems to care.

Have been calling for several days. No one answers the phone. They also sent my husband's bank card to the wrong address. When we got it it had gone to a address that we had never heard of.

WORST experience I have had in over TEN years with this credit union :(. Loan officer was NEVER prepared for our appointments - she literally would open my file when I sat down in front of her and then she would find things that still needed to be done that should have been addressed previous to our meeting! I wasted at least FIVE trips going back and forth. And, of course, she sat in her smugness thinking it wasn't her fault that I wasn't prepared!!!!!! Yet she couldn't even understand our tax returns. We have multiple sources of income but all she could focus on was the W-2 income. Worse day was when I had an appointment set for 2pm that she set, and then she was LATE for it because she was still at lunch!!!! When we finally got together and she looked over the paperwork, she discovered two signatures that were not specifically notarized even though the Public Notary witnessed my husband's eight signatures in one specific meeting, sealed the paperwork verifying the signature was my husband's. But that was not good enough! I actually had to drive back to my husband's work - an HOUR away, have the two signatures notarized again, and carry that paperwork back to the credit union.. She wasn't in the least sorry - said that everything has changed. It sure has!!!! My husband and I plan on NEVER getting another loan with them if we have to go through this loan officer!!!! We have had multiple loans with this credit union - NEVER late and have made them LOTS of money. We felt unappreciated, were talked down to like we weren't deserving of a loan, and frankly, were shocked by the way we were treated. All of our previous experiences were so positive! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. They are the absolute WORST credit union I have ever experienced. Please save your time and MONEY and go to a place where people don’t lie to you and don’t steal your money.

I have very high expectations. Even higher for a local credit union supposedly serving the local community. The customer service and attention to detail at this particular establishment is extremely poor. I dropped off financial information and provided a detailed explanation of the circumstances and what I was looking for. I sent several emails some of which were returned because incorrect email addresses are posted on their website. Customers expect quick answers regarding financial decisions when it takes several weeks to get an answer and your calls and emails go unanswered and you have to basically beg for response that is just not acceptable. There are a lot of banking options in our area this is definitely not one I would recommend.

I will say this. I have a car loan with Family and a vacation loan. I went through a hardship, they have worked with me. Sure, if you do not pay your loans and have money in your checking or savings Family will take it and its understandable. Hell, I owe them. Knowing this, I will keep my accounts on good standing incase I fall short again. Family Advantage is more flexible when you are buying or taking out loans and I appreciate that. Therefore, I decided to stay here and thinking about using them for a house loan as well. When all the banks told me no, Family Advantage said yes!
