  If you aren’t utilizing Alex in your loan process you are mistaken. The loan experience and mentorship given was beyond any expectations. A man of true devotion and willingness to go above and beyond to be able to take a huge weight off your shoulders is a small definition of his true character. Being a Marine ready to transition back to the states from Okinawa, Japan, Alex provided that stress free experience and guidance needed during those troubling and stressful times. We were able to find that home that we wanted and a team that will forever be a part of my family.

  My experience with benchmark was top tier. I was always told buying a house was going to be quite stressful. However that was never the case with these guys. Alex, Tina, and Lisa went above and beyond while I was under contract. Very informative and knowledgeable. There was not one question from me that went unanswered. Very reassuring individuals. When I first spoke to Alex he told me “we’re going to make it happen” and he stuck to his word and I’m now a homeowner. The best part about these guys is they work with what you can afford. I highly suggest these guys if you’re looking to get a house.

  Alex and his team handled my re-fi like I was the most important client they had. Emails were answered quickly. No question was silly (I had lots of questions). He even realized I was paying way to much for my homeowner's insurance and recommended an insurance broker to help. I would recommend Alex for all of your mortgage needs.

  Alex is a mortgage BEAST!! He has done phenomenal things for my clients and has been a game changer for my career. When I was no one, he helped make me SOMEONE. When it comes to any market changes or any information my clients or I need, he's there to answer any questions, any day of the week. He even took time out on his vacation to help me out with an urgent matter. He is brilliant, blunt, and just straight up awesome. As long as he and I are both in this business as mortgage lender and real estate agent, he will be my first recommendation for any mortgage needs. We have such a great partnership and work flow. It's hard to find people that are constantly motivated to keep kicking butt day in and day out regardless of the market, but Alex is always on top of his game.   Alex was amazing to work with! He responds in a timely manner and is WONDERFUL about explaining things so that you can understand.
