  Extremely pleased with my shopping experience, the staff was also helpful. One particular individual went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother and myself were accommodated in any means. Marlena, was such a great help to us. My grandmother only speaks Spanish and was a little intimidated at first entering the facility but Marlena made sure to make her feel at ease during our shopping. She was pleasant, attentive and informative. We will definitely be returning back.

  Marlena was the best sales associate I encountered here. She was very engaging and cared about the products she was selling. I came in with a small thought on what I wanted and ended up with something much more extravagant and fair priced. I Am now a new customer. I WILL be back. Thank you

  Honestly I couldn’t of picked a better place to come to. Marlena was extremely helpful And any questions my mother and I had she answered in the most knowledgeable and helpful way possible. Sometimes going into these pawn shops it could be overwhelming because you never know what you’re going to get with a lot of employees , but let me tell you I couldn’t be more happier with the way this young lady Marlena helped us and I will now be a forever customer of hers and this location. Thank you so much for your help us and I will definitely be going back.

  I went in to sell a diamond ring, and was told by the so called "diamond expert" that the ring (which I had a receipt for from Zales) was not real. An 8K ring was valued at a WHOPPING $140 by this diamond genius. The woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and respectful, but would not recommend trying to sell high value jewelry to this bafoon. I went and sold my "fake" ring to the much more reputable Providence Diamond, for 2K. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off or scammed.

  I will never step foot in this place again. The last I was dealing with was completely rude, besides taking her sweet time to do my transactions, she was ordering food, on her phone. Talking to other people. Meanwhile her two teammates are just standing there, one putting on her makeup and the other standing there. When you already have a customer in front of you and your in the middle of there transaction, dont under any circumstances do you stop to start helping another person, especially if you have two employees that are doing nothing standing there. This company need to get new help and better help. Instead of the 3 stooges behind the counter now. Look at your reviews and see what people are saying.in the past 4 years your place started going down hill. You were getting 4 to 5 starts on your reviews now look. If I could take away starts I would. You guys have a lot of changes to do.

  Every time I've been in there to sell something it's $10. Clearly my things are worth more than 10 dollars. I'll never be back there to buy or sell anything. The only exception I have is because I'm white.
