  I had the best experience refinancing with Beeline. I wanted a no hassle experience, regular updates, ability to get in touch with my loan officer via text/email and a responsive loan officer. Beeline delivered well above my expectations on all those fronts. Their rates were competitive, the process and the loan estimate was very transparent, and my loan officer, Jessica Young, was always on top of everything and very responsive. Just before dealing with Beeline I got a quote and the most horrible experience from Rocket. Rocket was pushy and unresponsive, unlike Beeline. I have already recommend Beeline to many. If you go with them and get Jessica, strap in for an easy and a worry free experience!

  Our experience refinancing with Beeline was great. We were quoted excellent rates, minimal closing fees, and best of all the process was very streamlined and automated that made the whole experience painless and enjoyable.   The loan and document requirements for an online lender is very time consuming and very lengthy...don't expect an answer quickly. They ended up asking for ridiculous amount of funding that made zero sense. This was a refi and I have excellent credit and plenty of equity in my house. Such a waste of my time I would never recommend this company. They advertise the following..."Skip the painful application. Get a reliable approval in 15 minutes. Then make offers like a boss." False. What a joke, shame on me for buying into this line of bull. Avoid.

  The ads talking about how quickly and intelligently they could process my loan caught my eye, and I fully regret ever starting a loan with them. I initially started talking to them of January 2021 with a target close date of February. They did a terrible job of communicating with my existing lenders and missed several closing dates in the process because they would never follow up with my lenders when they needed additional documents. Every time they had to extend the rate the underwriter would then ask me for additional documentation as well, each time saying they saw something else they needed to look into. At this point it's the end of April, there's no closing in sight, and the mortgage rates I was hoping to refinance with are likely gone for a long, long time. I should haved picked literally any other lender.

  Great experience! Abby was especially wonderful throughout the entire process. Beeline was very quick and helped us in a very timely manner after our previous lender fell through giving us notice only 1 day before closing. Both rates and fees were even lower. Would definitely recommend Beeline and use them again.

  My husband and I were interested in refinancing our mortgage so I reached out to Terri McFarland of Beeline to inquire about the process. Terri was amazing and set me up with the Beeline mortgage team to go through their online application process. Beeline's online software was super user-friendly and FAST! The entire Beeline team was courteous and offered exceptional and speedy service. I would highly recommend using Beeline for your mortgage financing needs!

  Beeline originated my loan at a great rate and the closing was smooth as ever. I was put at ease with their customer service and care during what is typically a hassle of a process. It really felt like you had someone there for you at all times. All team members working the loan from start to finish were great! I'll continue to return to Beeline for all of my mortgage needs!

  After months of dealing with a large mortgage banker who was apparently to busy to stay on top of processing our loan, we reached out to Beeline and closed in 30 days. Our loan officer , Casey Perry was excellent. She got us a much lower rate with no surprise cost. In fact every single item was just as she said from the beginning. Casey watched over our loan and walked us through each step which was suprisingly simple. I highly reccomend Beeline and specifically, Casey Perry.

  TJ and Abby provide stellar customer service! We had a complicated situation and they were both not only available, but reached out to me on their own initiative many times to explain current and prospective activities. I wish more companies had a TJ and an Abby! When you contract with any company your experience is with the staff- and my experience was great!
