  This pawn shop is the most Sneakiest pawn shop I have ever dealt with. They low ball everyone with a loan and then charge you double what you ask for. if your late or miss a month. They not clear about the interest fee’s, when you come back to make a payment or try to get your item back, that’s when they get you, For example I was late one month for a $60 loan. They charged me $35 late fee plus $59 dollars interest fee. When I ask the girl to explain the reason why the interest is so high. She gave me a vague and unclear answer. When I got home and opened my item the charger was the wrong one and not the charger I went there with. When I called on the phone to address the issue. They didn’t want to talk to me over the phone and didn’t want to take care of the issue over the phone. When they could’ve. They excuse on why they didn’t want to talk over the phone was “ you have to come in to talk to the manager “ these people can not be trusted. Here’s what they do: You bring in a item that’s worth $500 They then go online and fine the item for the lowest price they can fine. So that they could come back to you and low ball you with a loan of $50- or $60 Maybe even less. If you say yes to the loan and you don’t pick it up on time, and your late just by one day You going to pay $35 late fee and whatever interest they feel like charging you. You going to pay so much money to get your item back. The people there act friendly until it’s time to take care of a problem or issue and they give you attitude when you ask them to explain things. Now I know why the place is almost empty and have 2 1/2 stars online. This place is horrible!!! Go somewhere else to get a loan this place is no good and have lost so many customers. Because of reasons like what I wrote on this review, and I’m sure other reasons too. There is a place on Westminster street over by the high school and citizens bank that would take better care of you. Don’t come to this pawnshop they are a rip off.

  I bought log splitter 4 years ago in perfect condition. It was a bargain at the price they advertised. They took the time to help me load it. Providence RI people are good people. I don't care what people say.

  I'm a vet with some disabilities. They took advantage of me and gave away stuff of mine. They don't take responsibility for anything. They treat you like your beneath them. I won't be going back and I don't suggest going there.

  They dont deserve to be rated. A bunch of crooks and addicts! They would low ball and pawn your item illegally, this place has cost me a lot of money. I brought to them two smart tvs which when It was time to get back, they tried to give me a different one. I do not recommend this place to anyone, please go somewhere else.

  I had gone there today with a few pieces that were 10k gold/white gold and the woman who helped me told me that none of the jewelry was actually gold but plated and she was rather rude about it as well. I took my jewelry back, left and went to a different place who sells/buys jewelry and they had checked all of it and all of it was 10k gold/white gold. I would not recommend this place because they lie and the employees were so rude. 1 star.

  This people told me that they give u up to 3 months to take it out as long as you pay the late fees noot. They put it to sale and then asked me to buy it back for triple the price smh. Never again and im not the only one that lost an item when they said 3 months...

  Worst pawn shop experience ever, all of the workers give horrible customer service, charge more than retail for half of the trash they have in there. Guy ryan is a horrible business man despite the good guy persona he gives off. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here

  I have brought this place so much business in the past five six years and they really are just very rude last night they knew I was coming from Coventry I called them and told them I was stuck in a little bit of traffic that I would be there by 5:58 Lili answer the phone she said don't worry about it will be at as long as your had 6 I was there at 6 on the DOT I called and they said to me are you making a payment I said no they said well then we can't open the door for you are you serious after all the business and everything that I brought to this place it's nothing but a bunch of money hungry people working behind the counter that will never get my business again she wouldn't even put the manager on the phone that's how professional the place is they suck and it's dirty and they charge double for everything you think you're getting a cheaper price and you're not

  I have been doing business with Fall River pawn for many years now and have nothing but a good experience with themThey all wonderful people and this guy Ryan is awesome very patient and knows how to communicate with the customers. Always there to help

  They sold me broken games and there's nothing that can be done! Those crooks! Don't buy games cuz I'm sure that they just put them right back on the shelf. Lame. Never for nothing.
