  It took me over a year to finally write this review, but it still greatly upsets me and my growing family. We got this builder’s blessing to purchase a lot within their building zone knowing they would build us our dream home. We even shared reports, did ALL the ground work with septic, well, etc., and after purchasing the lot and finally getting ready to sit down and design, they completely back out on us and refused to respond to emails. We have never been more let down by a builder before, and trust me, we’ve met with plenty!!!

  Hi McKenzie, We certainly don’t want any of our customers to have an experience like this with Fall Creek. However, we did review all of the email communications about your project. We have not heard from you in awhile and our last email correspondence had some clear questions about the unique complexities of your build. Our intentions were to be completely forthright in discussing the building landscape at that time, since it had changed significantly from when our discussions had started initially. There was a 6 month time period where we had not heard anything so it was assumed that other options were being explored. Over that time period our project calendar had filled up for 2021 and a project with this complexity was not something we could commit to. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  We moved from Austin, Texas to Fort Wayne, Indiana and it was a hard transition for me. However, building the house of my dreams made that a little bit easier. Dale, Chelsea, Ashley, and Larry are absolutely incredible. Fall Creek Homes was a dream to build with. Everyone is responsive, organized, helpful, and what they do with their home building is truly a craft. I cannot recommend Fall Creek enough. The entire building process is as quick and smooth and our new home is absolutely stunning. Thank you all for everything.

  quality of materials used are very cheap, be ready to make lots of repairs. laminate floor is coming unglued already, bathtub leaks, one of the worst yards i have ever seen, coax cable outlet wasn’t even connected in the wall, and many more issues. would not recommend to anyone, very unsatisfied.

  Emilie, we're sorry you're experiencing some issues with one of our previous homes. It seems as though your home is older, as we don't have any record of working with you in the past. With an older home, and previous homeowners, there can be wear or lack of upkeep that isn't necessarily a reflection on the builder or original quality of the home.   built in 2018 townhome, overflow drainpipe in bathrooms are cheap and leak through the ceiling, $500 repair not covered by the builder. Also build homes in the front of the neighborhood last, everyone in the addition has to drive through inches of mud caked on the asphalt with builders pop cans all around. Really disappointed in how this was organized. can't enjoy my neighborhood or keep anything clean.

  My wife and I absolutely loved everything about working with Fall Creek. Their responsiveness to emails and phone calls was great, and our main point of contact was one of the head people in charge (Dale). On top of being very professional and trust-worthy, they were a true joy to work with. Dale, Chelsea, Larry, and everyone else along the way were all amazing! Awesome people operating an awesome business. Thank you for a fantastic service and a quality home. Couldn't recommend them more!

  Dale, Chelsea, Ashley and Larry were so kind and friendly. I highly recommend working with them. Their contractors did a great job! Our hone is everything we dreamed of and more.

  My husband and I were transferred from Ohio to Fort Wayne. We went through a Fall Creek home and we loved it. We met Dale Koler and Chelsea Sittler and they were the greatest. Chelsea helped me pick out my colors and my designs inside and out! She is fantastic and Dale is great to work with. If I emailed or had a question about anything they responded immediately. If I needed to change something in the house there wasn’t a problem at all. I would highly recommend Fall Creek Builders to anyone who is thinking about building!!!!

  Fall Creek homes is dedicated to quality and doing things the right way. Tastefully decorated homes and a smaller crew so there is more personal attention to detail.

  not bad home builders (not the best either) they do a fairly good job. they built a home for my sister , most of it was done well. there are a lot of details they definatly could have done better on.
