  Can't say enough good things about Fairwinds. Everyone is extremely nice and so helpful. Have used them for multiple loans and am beyond thrilled to brag about them. Their rates are fantastic and they make it simple for folks of any age to feel special. Jessica Canfield helped with our most recent loan and she went the extra mile to spoil us with celebrity treatment.

  Went to the open a new account on Friday the 11th of September 2020. The lobby hours are posted until 6pm. I entered the lobby and was told to leave immediately. They stated it was closed and i would have to open a new account through the drive through. Horrible customer service and I decided to take my business else where. Want to say a few other things, but I don't want to speculate.

  I have had nothing but excellent service from every associate I have had dealings with. Very friendly, helpful and professional both face to face or while using the telephone. I thoroughly recommend them and intend to utilise their services for a long long time.

  We refinanced our truck with Fairwinds to get a lower rate. Kathy was able to get us set up quickly and easily, and we were able to sign electronically. If you're looking for a loan, definitely go in-person to a branch. Their online application seems great, but it is impossible to get ahold of the call center loan officers, or to get them to return your call. You can however ask that they transfer the application to a branch officer and go from there.

  My association has used this credit union for our financial institution for over a decade. We have always had a good experience, low rates, low fees, no hassle. Friendly customer service and super convenient location right near HWY 50 and HWY 27.

  DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION! BY far the most unorganized, rude, disrespectful bank i've ever stepped into. As a branch they are terrible. Overall I am not sure but based on what I saw today I would never go back. The teller has no clue what is going on and the teller manager is too good to come out and talk to you if you have an issue. She just looks at you from the back because what she is doing on the computer is much more important that the issue the customer who is standing there is having. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER USE THIS BANK if you want to be treated like a person. BANKER BEWARE! Go to CFE or MCCOY. At least they have decent people.

  My lady and I have been members at FCU since we retired from the Air Force in 1981. We joined at the Navy Training Center in Orlando when it had a different name. We continued our membership ever since. We've had the pleasure of working with a former employee, Bibi, for many years both in Orlando and more recently in Clermont. She helped us establish a family trust without any issues or delays. We miss her at the Clermont Branch. However, each employee we've dealt with provides the same level of excellent service. We also received excellent assistance recently from Taylor Shaffer. We've never had a single troubling instance where we had a problem since our beginning in1981. J. Davern, Ph.D.

  This location is in need of professional employees. Financial services representative are for discussing loans, not the lady working the help desk. Help desk, sign in people and answer general questions.

  I have accounts there because location and hours are convenient. But using the drive thru is a very slow process!
