  We needed a few documents notarized. They didn’t even ask if I was a TD Bank customer (which I am). All associates super friendly to wife, small children & I very rarely need to step foot in a bank, but its nice to know when I do the customer service is truly outstanding. Really well done! Genuinely impressed.

  This bank has the worst costumer service!!! Never fineness a car with them. They know how to call for late payments, but are never helpful when you need documentation from them.

  Excellent banking experience. Great friendly staff. Manager Brittany is very helpful and always available. Teller Andrew is especially punctual and goes out of his way to make banking experience perfect. I have switched all of my bank accounts from BOA for this exact reason. Well done TD and especially the winter park branch.

  Worse ATM placement ever. Literally why did you guys place it there? The window is before the atm so if there is a car at the window talking to the teller you will never get to the ATM so you’re better off going inside to wait or just using the drive thru on purpose and make sure you go there with time because they take ALL DAY for the simplest things. This is the closest branch to me otherwise I would go somewhere else. Maybe think about moving the ATM to the outside instead of the first lane? 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

  Hands down the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time! Before coming to this location I called in and spoke with Lilly about what documents I needed to open up my business account and she provided the information I needed. Coming in, I got the same treatment in person as I did on the phone. Lilly was very professional, friendly, and personable. Going over in detail about my options, she made everything quick and easy to understand. Thank you Lilly for making my experience great!!! 10/10

  Extremely slow service at the drive thru. Plan on waiting 10 minutes plus per car in line. There is no way to pull up to the automated teller without either waiting in line or standing in the car lane.

  This place is awesome. I have never had a bad experience and been coming here for years. My wife even brings our Leo (Malinois) dog inside and they all know him. Pet friendly, always smiling, and happy place. I was in here last week regarding a HELOC. The employee went over everything with us and worked on the phone with BoA for at least 90+ minutes. Not a single complaint. Thank you TD Bank!

  TD is an awesome bank in general but the Orlando Avenue branch is especially helpful and efficient. We flip houses and are constantly doing wires so i'm in the branch often. My former bank literally made me miss a closing because they had noone available to do a wire for 2 days straight.
