  I am both a customer and lender in the industry and have closed on several home loans personally in my life, but working with Fidelity National Title in Winter Park through the process of my most recent sale and purchase was perfect!! From start to finish Kristin and Sandra helped guide me through the process! They were professional, attentive to detail, and passionate about doing a great job and creating a smooth experience!   Sandra Nieves was a pleasure to work with. She was great with communication. She was able to take a stressful situation, like selling a house, and make it easy. She was very reassuring throughout the whole process. I highly recommend fidelity National title, and more so, Sandra. Shortly after my great experience with fidelity and Sandra, I bought a house (and therefore was unable to choose the title company). I had a completely different experience with another title company. I was treated poorly, even threatened over the phone. I was told by the title company that I would lose the house I wanted because I took more than a few hours to decide on my lender. It made me appreciate Sandra and fidelity even more. If you want a stress free close with nice friendly people, call fidelity and ask for Sandra.

  Sandra Nieves and her team Rock Supreme. I've use their Closing Services multiple times and I always could have done efficiently, with attention to detail right on time. I highly recommend them. I like that they put your name on a TV congratulating you when you walked in so the closing room. The place always smells nice and looks immaculate.

  I was blessed working with Sandra Nieves and her team at Fidelity National Title in Winter Park on a few occasions. Their efficiency, communication, timeliness, and work ethic are unmatched. I truthfully feel bad for the people that do not use them and have horror stories from other surrounding companies.   We’ve sold our last two homes with Alyssa and Sandra taking the reins and will always make it a point to from here on out. The home buying and selling process is stressful yet I’ve been able to breath much easier knowing we were in such good hands.   Sandra is hands down the most amazing person on this planet. Rain or shine she’s out working hard every second of every day. Not sure how she manages to be so accommodating, professional, awesome and balances being a mom as well. If you are looking for the best title company ever, look no further. I think we’ve closed one million deals perfectly now.
