  The customer service at this FAIRWINDS was excellent. They were very inviting and helpful with the troubles with my debit card. They instantly detected a fraudulent charge on my card and cancelled my card and helped me immediately get a new card the same day my card wouldn’t work. They were very kind and straight forward and made the whole process easy and simple.

  This is an exceptional bank. Our old bank recently merged with Fairwinds and we had a superb experience there as they issued new checks and cards and addressed all our needs. The customer service was very good. The tellers are super friendly. The bank manager is absolutely wonderful. They have lots of great programs for all your banking needs. The Leesburg location is convenient and comfortable. 5 stars and A ++++, thankyou very much!

  Tried to call twice to get information on a new account. Both times I hung up after being on hold over 5 minutes. I had to keep listening to an endless recording of skipping the wait and going to their website——NO THANK YOU

  Fairwinds wasted our time regarding a startup SBA loan. Despite advertising on their website and being recommended by the local SBDC, Fairwinds does not offer startup business loans. Extremely disappointed that the branch manager didn't have the courtesy to tell us this or what documentation we would need to bring when we made an appointment specifically about a new business.

  My Papa was with Fairwinds for Many Many Years. I had them for a period of time.. Was Very Pleased. They also are linked with Presto atms at Publix, which means no fee for using the presto atm. Since there are not many Fairwinds, utilizing Publix Prestos are very convenient. Better bank to work with than most.

  Multiple issues with this branch. Manager cut me off when trying to explain banking issues. Not helpful to us in any manner.

  Very caring staff but I belong to another Credit Union the only thing wrong with this one is it you can't deposit it at the ATM you have to go inside but as far as the staff they're awesome
