  Exceptional Customer Service! I've been with Fairwinds Credit Union for over 12 years now and they always take care of my needs. Recently had deposited something possibly fraudulent without my knowing... They contacted me immediately to make sure I was aware and to inform me of possible fraud. Had it not been for the Manager Elaine and the other associates, I could have been in a really sticky situation. I did my own investigation and turns out they were right! I can not thank them enough for all that they do! I encourage anyone to bank with Fairwinds you will not be disappointed.

  Been a member here over 6 years ! Never a problem and the staff are great ! Building is clean , ATM is well lit at night ! Try them and you will see ! Dennis

  I went at 12:40 on Saturday, as I work from 9-6 p m-f. I was going to open an account, and they informed me that they cannot since they are closing soon. Now, at my work, if someone comes in before you close, even only one minute, you have to stay after and help that person. And you should, as a matter of decent customer service. Needless to say, fair winds has removed itself from all future dealings with me. Considering I have a small business I started, wanted to have personal accounts there, and so did my father and partner, that’s now at least 5 accounts you lost out on. I expect good customer service from a bank.

  Visited branch to possibly do business however experience at door with the Branch Manager was horrible. I felt like she did not want to help me she was looking around as if she was waiting for someone to come help her answer my questions. If she is a Branch manager shouldn’t she know the basics of your establishment? I just wanted a new account and potentially refinance my business loan . I saw name tag and it said Elaine. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional . Please train your Branch Manager .

  This fairwinds branch is absolutely amazing!! Especially Cynthia, I highly recommend to ask for her if your wanting to do a auto loan or refinancing of a vehicle. She went above and beyond to get us the numbers we wanted for our vehicles!! We couldn't have been more pleased!!

  We have a bad experience with Fairwinds. Poor service, phone waiting typically over 20 minutes moreover, financial rewards for money in the accounts non-existence. We are going to close our accounts this week.
