Kelly Hepner-Byrd1I’m getting sick of always coming here and your drive up ATM machine is NEVER working! Every time I have to come inside and use the ATM machine, I always let someone know that the ATM machines are never working and their same response every time is that someone is coming to work on them later today. Also, you only have one teller for front and drive through with long lines. When you go to other branches they have several tellers up front along with several people for the outside drive up. Also, their ATM machines work at their location. I don’t understand why you don’t have enough workers and why your ATM machines never work? I will be calling corporate and letting them know about this location because this is ridiculous especially in a busy area with plenty of people coming to this Banks location. Everyone that has issues with this location needs to call corporate and let them know!

Tim VZ1Absolutely ZERO customer service. Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. Was treated rudely because they don't know me at this location. Well no worries there ... will not be returning. Thankful this is not my main branch.

Tammie Nelson2Only 2 there who could help with our issue. Waited over 30 min no one even acknowledged us. Left and came back after lunch. This time one gentleman acknowledged us and said it would not be ling. 30 minutes later we left. This place needs to provide better services or take appt.

Tyler Willey1Went 20 mins out of my way to go to the ATM and it was down right after the closed. Worker told me to go to HEB. It was another 17 mins away on my nav system. What a headache and a waste of gas. Switching banks.....smh

H P1Absolutely horrible bank. I don’t know why anyone banks here. I went in to pay $500 cash on my wife’s Chase credit card. Since I’m not on the account I was told I couldn’t make a cash payment on the card. This didn’t make sense to me because I just want to make a payment and I have the card. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager explained I would have to go to another bank and get a money order or cashiers check to pay $500 on the card. Since I’m not on the account they would not accept a cash payment from me.

Darrel Scott1I have been told by a car dealer the person who applies for an auto loan is the name on the title. These clowns refused to accept a check from my insurance company because my wife's name was on the check and not on the car loan. Guess they did not want me to pay off the loan so quickly.

Larry Ricci1This Saturday my wife and I took our 10 year old grandson to this Chase location where we bank. We were greeted by a woman who asked how we could be helped. We told her our grandson wanted to open a savings account. It was 11:10 and the bank was scheduled to close at 12 noon. There were two people in the waiting area when we arrived and two people were being assisted in two booths. She proceeded to inform me they were too busy to open a new account and we should come back on Monday or drive to another Chase bank about 35 minutes away. I was stunned as was my grandson who had never been inside a bank and wanted to know why they wouldn't take his money. It was a shameful and disconcerting experience for which the Management should address. As a result, my wife and I will likely close all our Chase accounts. What has happened the Chase customer service? The arrogance was stunning.

patrick vanover1Chase ATM stole my deposit. After inserting my money it counted it, displayed the amount, and then displayed an error. They gave me a receipt without the deposit or amount on it. I immediately went inside to get my deposit, was told "we will help you" and I have still not got my money. DO NOT TRUST CHASE

R !1The lady in the front today was wonderful. However John and every other employee I had the displeasure of wasting my day with to accomplish absolutely nothing and I’m still missing $1100 kindly guzzle down a big one and forget to come up for air. Y'all have done nothing but blame everyone else when they have receipts proving it’s you THE BANK is at fault. K thanks
